Letting Only
The Letting only option includes finding a tenant by advertising property details via our offices and online through our own website and national rental site rightmove.co.uk, taking up references using an outside agency which will include bank, employer and credit references, preparing an inventory of contents, drawing up a tenancy agreement and the collection of the first months rent and deposit which will be registered and paid into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Letting Only Fee £300 plus VAT
Full Management Service
The full management option includes all the services offered in the Letting only option for a reduced fee of £250 plus VAT along with a management fee of 10% of each months rent which includes collection of rent, arranging and supervising any repair work, routine inspections, paying the net rent into a bank/building society account if required and supplying an invoice which can be used for self assessment purposes.
