Selling at Auction

If you are looking to sell items and you are not sure of their value, you can come along to an auction valuation clinic. For furniture or larger consignments you can contact us regarding a home visit. We can advise on timing and arrangements for collection or house clearance services. Valuation Clinics
Valuation Clinics are held every Monday morning between 10am and 12noon excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays at the Woolmart Auction Rooms on Kidgate Louth. Valuations are free of charge but are given for auction estimate purposes only. See Find Us page for location map.

Marketing of items
All auctions are fully catalogued and illustrated. They are available on the internet on our own website and the major auction site invaluable.com. Auctions are advertised locally and we place regular adverts in the Antiques Trade Gazette.

Vendor Entry Terms
Our vendor's commission is very competitive at 15% plus VAT. Click for further details.

House Clearances
We offer part or full house clearance services and work with many firms of solicitors and private individuals to co-ordinate clearances which are often combined with our property marketing or letting services. Further details.
